Create the first stable release of WPE.

I'm going to use this as a tracker bug. Any bugs that need to be fixed before the first release should block this issue.

We've decided that most of these issues are not really release blockers. I'm actually using this more to track bugs that I want to fix.

The subject says "stable release", they all are blockers for a first stable release, not necessarily for a preview release.
