Add exclusions support in WebKit as part of CSSRegions spec implementation. The exclusions are arbitrary shapes that will be avoided by the user agent when laying out content.

CSS Floats and Positioning Level 3 was published recently by Microsoft. Some of the properties in that spec are implemented in IE10 beta 2. http://www.interoperabilitybridges.com/css3-floats/

In present , All user usage in CSS Exclusions Level 1 at https://caniuse.com/css-exclusions have 0.9% use , I hope manufacturer to add support CSS Exclusions Level 1 to add all user usage in CSS Exclusions Level 1 to more than 10%. Would be nice to have this for webkit. Right now there is no solution for aligning text to bottom while wrapping text in a shape that is not just a square box.
