animations/play-state.html fails intermittently on Qt bot after http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/63862 http://build.webkit.org/results/Qt%20Linux%20Release/r63884%20%2815890%29/animations/play-state-pretty-diff.html
animations/play-state.html is skipped by http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/63890 (to make buildbot happy)

This is not just a Qt-regression.
I'm not sure this is new, see bug 28447.
This fails on all bots, including the commit-queue.
An example from the commit-queue: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=41887#c3
Another victim: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42813#c9
Another vicitim: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42768#c5
Another vicitim: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42906#c3
Another victim: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42426#c26
Maybe we should try rolling back r63862 to see if it fixes the flakiness? The flakiness pretty clear on the chromium win/linux bots, so it would be pretty clear if it did fix it.

Another. :( https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42921#c4

I hate this bug in the meantime, another one: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43027#c2
I don't know if we should roll out the orignal change or not. But I'm skipping the test on Leopard. This test has been just killing the bots.
Committed r64234: <http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/64234>
Removing Qt keyword as this is not just a Qt bug.
Perhaps we want to merge https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/blink/+/331fb4cd9969354d94b51987381a8c5773e7720d
CC'ing Dean, as the Blink fix rewrites an animation test.
