It seems strange that we do not need to rebase some tests with all WebIDL changes. With all WebRTC IDL changes, we should really add some WebIDL tests. One simple of adding these is through IDLParser.js in web-platform-tests. See for instance https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests/blob/master/webrtc/rtcpeerconnection/rtcpeerconnection-idl.html
