As part of the ongoing refactoring, we would like to create C++ classes for each Client (e.g. Resource load client) and move away from C'ism. We should also move those classes from UIProcess/API/efl to UIProcess/efl since they are not part of the public API.

Closing this bug because the EFL port has been removed from trunk. If you feel this bug applies to a different upstream WebKit port and was closed in error, please either update the title and reopen the bug, or leave a comment to request this.
