RenderBlockLineLayout.cpp is getting bigger and bigger, which makes things hard to find. Based on a discussion with dhyatt on irc I started to separate the classes into their own files. I would like to keep the progress track under this bug. Eventually, we would add a line subdirectory in rendering, so we can move the line layout related code there.
