This bug is a meta bug of arrangement of fast/forms/${inputType}.

We would like to do:
 1. Use single name scheme for test files, e.g. ${inputType}-*.html
 2. Share test sciprts
   * Input types derived from TextFieldInputType, date, datetime, datetime-local, month, number, week and time, should have same set of test cases.
