Libxml headers on 10.3 are not accurate to the development library beneath them, and are lacking symbols required to build several files. This results in errors like: /Users/crschmidt/webkit/WebCore/khtml/xsl/xsl_stylesheetimpl.cpp:118: error: `XML_PARSE_NOCDATA' undeclared (first use this function) in any case that requires a more recent header than is installed on the system.

We won't support building under 10.3.9 ever again. Sorry. Closing as WONTFIX.
