Tracking bug for all the WebKit/WebCore/JavascriptCore bugs that prevent WebKit from building on 10.3.9.

Even if we fix all the blocking problems, if we convert our project files to Xcode 2.1 format, then building on 10.3.9 won't be possible. We can cross-compile on 10.4, targeting 10.3.9. And there are good reasons to convert our project files to Xcode 2.1 -- we want people to be able to install Xcode 2.1 and make modifications to the projects.

We won't support building under 10.3.9 ever again. Sorry. Closing as WONTFIX.
