The Mac CMake build has atrophied since it was last maintained. Update OptionsMac.cmake with SDK resolution, deployment-target auto-matching, SDK-additions overlay, and feature flag alignment with PlatformEnableCocoa.h. Add CMakePresets.json for Mac, fix ccache on macOS, and add ARC/symlink support to WebKitMacros.cmake.
