libwebrtc/CMakeLists.txt references 46 files removed by upstream rebases. ENABLE_WEB_RTC is forced OFF because Platform.h unconditionally sets USE_LIBWEBRTC=1 when WebRTC is enabled -- there is no "WebRTC without libwebrtc" path on Cocoa.
