The Mac CMake port series adds OptionsMac.cmake and PlatformMac.cmake files across all targets. iOS needs equivalent OptionsIOS.cmake and PlatformIOS.cmake files, plus iOS-specific SDK selection, deployment target handling, device/simulator multiarch support, and platform feature flag differences.
