This shows small pixel noise, so likely not a real bug like bug 266508 was.

I was able to reproduce this failure at Sonoma release ToT running this test as follows:

Run-webkit-tests fast/selectors/text-field-selection-window-inactive-stroke-color.html

I am going to mark this test as a pass/failure
