Description: fast/selectors/selection-window-inactive-stroke-color.html is constantly failing on macOS ToT with wk2 Release x86_64 config. Regression: I was not able to reproduce it locally. Per history the test has been failing on Sonoma since Sonoma bringup. After commit 271643@main the image diff started occurring also on Ventura and Monterey with bigger maxDifference. History: https://results.webkit.org/?suite=layout-tests&test=fast%2Fselectors%2Fselection-window-inactive-stroke-color.html&flavor=wk2&architecture=x86_64 Image Diff: On Sonoma image diff is <meta name="fuzzy" content="maxDifference=0-1; totalPixels=0-27" /> https://build.webkit.org/results/Apple-Sonoma-Debug-WK2-Tests/271636@main%20(543)/fast/selectors/selection-window-inactive-stroke-color-diffs.html On Monterey and Ventura is <meta name="fuzzy" content="maxDifference=224; totalPixels=27811" /> https://ews-build.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/macOS-Monterey-Release-WK2-Tests-EWS/b88aee21-27840/fast/selectors/selection-window-inactive-stroke-color-diffs.html

We have a lot of open bugs about tests with inactive-window in the name. I wonder how many got fixed by this, and perhaps we can unskip some more tests.
