Unable to reproduce with r280173 or r279068 using run-webkit-tests --iterations 500 --exit-after-n-failures 1 --clobber-old-results --debug fast/selectors/selection-window-inactive-stroke-color.html and run-webkit-tests --iterations 500 --exit-after-n-failures 1 -f --clobber-old-results --debug fast/selectors/selection-window-inactive-stroke-color.html.

[ macOS Release wk2 arm64 ] fast/selectors/selection-window-inactive-stroke-color.html is a flaky failure

Description:
fast/selectors/selection-window-inactive-stroke-color.html 

There was not one commit that I observe causing this issue.  This test seems to have been flaky since the start.

I have updated and marked this test as flaky image failure while this issue is investigated.
