This hasn't been reported in over 2 months, I suspect this resolved itself.

I suspect this also might just be the general http test timeouts we see.  the cq is smart enough to re-open bugs if it sees them again later.

Wow that machine needs an update.  I'll run software update on it tomorrow.

I suspect this is the "all http tests flake" bug.
