Bugs should really be filed for each of these. Some are Safari-only, though, and need Radar bugs. I think some may already be fixed as well.

Added some dependencies. What is NOT filed at the moment:
- Warning when closing a window with multiple tabs.
- Kiosk/projection mode.
Not in WebKit.
- Web developer toolbar.
Improvements in this area are already being made, I believe we might need to break this into more specific feature requests, if anything is not covered yet.
- Favicons stuck in cache.
No steps to reproduce; the icon database is being re-implemented anyway now.
