Ewk_View has to be refactored in order to be aligned with other Ewk objects: it's private functionality should be encapsulated in a C++ class, besides Ewk_View needs some other refactoring like cleaning up of initialization and destruction code.
Refactoring of Ewk_view is a lot of work so here is meta bug for it.
