The unit tests depend on webpagereplay, which depends on pkg_resources (part of setuptools), which isn't installed by default on our Python 2.6 packaging. Of course, webpagereplay probably doesn't work at all on windows, either. I'll just skip the tests for now and we can decide if/when we want to fix this.
