EFL's LayoutTestController needs setSerializeHTTPLoads implementation in order to unskip fast/preloader/document-write-2.html fast/preloader/document-write.html http/tests/local/link-stylesheet-load-order-preload.html http/tests/local/link-stylesheet-load-order.html setSerializeHTTPLoads implementation would need a simple API to enable/disable serial loading.
