The current EventDispatching logic in regard to shadow boundaries is slightly different than the latest spec's one. See spec's diff: http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/webcomponents/rev/f46cfd9b0832 and related bug on spec for tracking. https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=15543 We should adapt the new spec.
