r103242 enabled text track cue rendering, but some of the css is wrong. The WebVTT spec says [1]: The 'font' shorthand property on the (root) List of WebVTT Node Objects must be set to '5vh sans-serif'. The 'color' property on the (root) List of WebVTT Node Objects must be set to 'rgba(255,255,255,0)'.
