Bug 75051 – Fix text track cue font size and colors

r103242 enabled text track cue rendering, but some of the css is wrong. The WebVTT spec says [1]:

    The 'font' shorthand property on the (root) List of WebVTT Node Objects must be set to '5vh sans-serif'.

    The 'color' property on the (root) List of WebVTT Node Objects must be set to 'rgba(255,255,255,0)'.

    The 'background' shorthand property on the WebVTT cue background box must be set to 'rgba(0,0,0,0.8)'.
