Yes.  The archive uploading is busted.  I can get them off of the bot for you (since they're saved fine there).  It's on my list of things to fix. :(

I suspect this is just the same as every other http timeout.  There is some common underlying bug which we don't understand yet.  See bug 55164 for one theory.
