Can't copy js from the script debugger view of the nightly builds since about the last week.

It kind of works when I copy full lines or tripple click which enters the edit mode.

I've seen it once, but can't repro it. Could you please help finding a scenario?

Well here it's reproducible every time sadly.

I'll see if I can build a testcase, but with our application (~10 js files on one page) it happens all the time.

Isn't this bug the same as https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=40432?
If so, I would close it.
