bugzilla-tool should understand svn-apply failures, post a summary, and attach the full log https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31937#c3 bzt should parse that and say something like: "RenderThemeChromiumSkia.cpp failed to apply." And then attach the full svn-apply log as an attachment. We need to build the log-attachment machinery for other commands anyway.

Add attachment proposed patch, testcase, etc.

We post the full log these days. I think this bug can be closed.
