Add OptionsIOS.cmake, CMake presets (ios-debug, ios-release, ios-dev-debug, ios-dev-release), and shared cmake infrastructure changes (WebKitMacros, WebKitFindPackage, WebKitCompilerFlags) needed by the iOS CMake port.
