Now it doesn't time out but it has ImageOnlyFailure error flakily. Similarly flaky is media/media-vp8-webm-error.html , both changed results around the same time.

I don't think this is a bug in the GStreamer backend, the same failure happens on mac-wk2 and ios bots. Closing as dupe of bug 280991. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 280991 ***
