REPRODUCIBILITY: 
I was able to reproduce the issue on ToT using command
run-webkit-tests media/media-vp8-webm-seek-to-start.html --iterations=100

DESCRIPTION: 
This test has been flaky image failing since it was introduced in 280648@main.

Ok, an odd behavior occurred, so the bug attached a radar thats different from this one. I'll recommend to follow rdar://problem/137450443 instead. Disregard my attempt to link a radar.
