We migrated the EWS WPE bots to the new infra/SDK and we discovered lot of new failures on the API tests for WPE

Some comments:

 * https://commits.webkit.org/299053@main fixed the TestSSL errors
 * The TestDisplayWayland errors are because on the new infra there is still not defined the env var XDG_RUNTIME_DIR

So the new list of failures due to the new sdk is:

The issue causing that the API DisplayWayland didn't work on the new infra was fixed, so the expectation was moved back to pass always at https://commits.webkit.org/299389@main
