Some PerformanceEventTiming entries should be assigned an InteractionId, and Performance.interactionCount should be incremented accordingly. Part of the Event Timing API. See https://www.w3.org/TR/event-timing/ Part of https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=214677
