According to https://results.webkit.org/?suite=layout-tests&test=webanimations%2Ffocus-accelerated-animated-element-initially-in-overflow.html the new test webanimations/focus-accelerated-animated-element-initially-in-overflow.html has been flaky since it was added. This can be reproduced locally by running the test with `-f` and a large number of iterations and eventually it will fail.
