In STP 221, make the window as narrow as possible and go to https://www.comic-con.org/cc/badges/. Once there, open the menu using the "hamburger" (3 horizontal lines) button at the top left of the page and click around on the various options and back out to the top of the menu. Eventually you will be in a state where the content is partly offscreen, and that state will persist.
