Bug 294585 – REGRESSION (296287@main): Regressed `variable-css-wide-keywords.html` (two subtests)

Hi Team,

While importing new CSS Variables test while with ToT at (296286@main), we didn't had were passing two subtests:

> PASS `revert-layer` as a value for an inheriting registered custom property
> PASS `revert-layer` as a `var()` fallback for an inheriting registered custom property

But when I pushed my PR - https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/pull/46819, I noticed that we start failing two more subtests compared to my current local.

So I updated my local and noticed failures as well - I updated from 296286@main to 296290@main and only relevant CSS change was https://commits.webkit.org/296287@main from Sam.

So just raising so we can track this regression. I have CCed Sam as well.
