Once bug 294153 is resolved, we can "simply" (this is anything but simple) migrate everything in the root which is overridden by platform/wk2 into platform/wk1, and then merge platform/wk2 into the root. The leaves us with the root being the WebKit2 expectations (shared across all ports) and platform/wk1 being the WebKit1 expectations (shared across only some ports). This seems like a better place to be.

NB: this is purely about platform/wk2, and not about (e.g.) platform/mac-wk2.
