There are a few tests passing (notably imported/selenium/py/test/selenium/webdriver/common/bidi_script_tests.py, with the `--enable-webdriver-bidi` flag from bug286497), and move some SKIPS into FAIL, alongside updating some bug references. Patch incoming.
