RESOLVED FIXED 285568
Broke duolingo, calling play() during a seek() is allowed by the spec. And the play event should be fired even if the seek hasn't completed.

Revert 287274@main because Broke duolingo, calling play() during a seek() is allowed by the spec. And the play event should be fired even if the seek hasn't completed..
