In https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/49/builds/65945, the `compile-webkit` step appears to have succeeded in 8 seconds, when in reality xcodebuild hit an assertion failure. Subsequent archive upload + tester triggering steps succeeded as though nothing went wrong, and must have uploaded build artifacts from the previous build on this bot. The `compile-webkit` step should have failed in this case.
