These bots were moved in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=273384, but it seems they're still needed for https://wpt.fyi/results/?label=experimental&label=master&aligned. Their system is based on an Ubuntu 20.04 docker container and they're still working on an upgrade [1]

So we need to keep these bots until wpt.fyi upgrades to a new version of Ubuntu LTS.
