Ubuntu 24.04 was released on 25th April. This change will make Ubuntu LTS bots to build Ubuntu 24.04 and the current Ubuntu 22.04 will have their own specific entry on the list of builders. Ideally we should also remove Ubuntu 20.04 bots.
