Currently we support flite, but using a wrapper such as libspiel we could potentially support more. See https://github.com/eeejay/spiel

Reopened Bugzilla. Broke the build in multiple platforms that can't provide the libspiel dependency, tracking revert in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=281222.
