imported/blink/svg/filters/filter-huge-clamping.svg Is a constant image failure on iPad queues. r289786 appears to be where failure started but further investigation is needed. I was able to reproduce the failure at iOS 15 production ToT using the following test: run-webkit-tests --ipad-simulator imported/blink/svg/filters/filter-huge-clamping.svg

This does not reproduce in MobileMiniBrowser (with accelerated drawing on).

Disabling accelerated drawing in WebKitTestRunner makes this bug go away.
