Thunder is currently disabled by default because until recently there was no way to install it in our developer SDK and bots. Thunder itself is complex and complicated to deploy, but there is an alternative called Sparkle-CDM which provides the same API. A clearkey plugin is also provided. Using this library would enable us to have the ENABLE_THUNDER feature built and tested on the bots, through the clearkey layout tests.
