If the test case is opened with the MiniBrowser and the SVG tag gets removed, the next one (and only it) is rendered (and so on if it's deleted). Maybe some Cairo's GraphicContext/ImageBuffer specific bits that's missing from the original patch?
All but imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-backgrounds/background-size-percentage-root.html and imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-transforms/animation/transform-interpolation-matrix.html are now passing after r286287.
The only remaining test under this bug, imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-backgrounds/background-size-percentage-root.html, now shows flaky behavior consistent with other platforms, which is tracked by bug 206753. Therefore, I am closing this bug as a duplicate of the one that fixed the rest of the tests. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 233613 ***
