Rendering is Different in Safari and Firefox.
Safari does the same as Chrome, in the Chrome Issue they said Firefox is correct.

Issue description in Chrome: Don't transfer max-height through a-r when it conflicts with definite (min-)width

Safari matches Chrome, FF is different.

yes but chrome has stated, that it's a bug on their side, and they are not following the spec
