The following layout test is Timing out on Mac WK1

fast/dynamic/paused-event-dispatch.html

Probable cause:

This test became a constant timeout in this run: https://build.webkit.org/builders/Apple%20High%20Sierra%20Release%20WK1%20(Tests)/builds/12415 . 
either 244097 or 244098 are to blame. It looks more likely that https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/244098/webkit is at fault.
