CPU Usage Timeline improvements (thread breakdown and categorization) - Should be able to breakdown usage per threads (Main Thread, Worker Threads, and others) - Should be able to see what the Main Thread was doing (correlate with other timelines)

Subtasks have landed or are landing. This will cover the final bit of UI.
