Win-ews has been reporting crashes from http/tests/preload/onload_event.html during runs. This test has no history of crashes anywhere else in current history. When this test crashes there are no Crash logs found in the results file that ews bot posts. Skipping test for windows only.

This issue seems to be happening with several tests. Win-EWS seems to be having issues with tests crashing without logs
