EWS Bubbles take a long time to show up - wasting time getting bubbles on obsolete, hidden, patches On a bugzilla that has a lot of obsolete patches, it takes a very long time for EWS bubbles to appear on the most recent patch. This is because its wasting time getting EWS values for obsolete, not even visible, patches. Example: It takes 9+ seconds for EWS to show up on the most recent patch for this bug, instead of the normal case where it is instant: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=150358

A simple effective approach would be requesting for the bottom (most recent) attachments first. An ideal approach would not request for obsolete patches at all unless they are shown (reduces number of requests too, since almost everyone will be hiding obsolete patches by default).
