Reported

Clicked enlarge map. Nothing happened. I have a MacBook Pro which drops the first key stroke with frightening regularity. When I click map motion a second time Safari crashed. Must have been the snow!!

Jim, I can't seem to reproduce your crash while poking around on weather.com, but there are so many weather maps on the site that I could easily not have tried the one you crashed on. Can you post a link to the map you enlarged or list step by step what you clicked on from the main weather.com page to get to your crash?

I just tried accessing weather.com successfully this time. ARGH!! I hate that when that happens. I had been using iChat, FileMaker 8.5, Address Book, Mail at the time. Previous to looking at Wearther.com I had looked at
http://radar.weather.gov/Conus/full_loop.php
Which has been loading significantly different from normal lately. Use to load in one smooth load, now load is spurts. Jim

The digg.com crasher should be fixed after WebKit nightly
r28346
. Please download a more recent nightly build.

Webkit deep ended trying to access yahoo.com Jim, this has nothing to do with the weather.com crasher. Please open a new bug for this. Also, we need the output from running "sample Safari 10 10" for hangs; screenshots of hangs usually don't help fix these types of bugs. Thanks!

Jim, do you still experience crashes on the reported site?

The only problem I have with
http://radar.weather.gov/Conus/full_loop.php
is that animation of the weather in radar loop mode has not worked for a long time. The site no longer crashes upon launch. This site
http://radar.weather.gov/Conus/full_loop.php
has been a thorn for a long time. We have gone through stretches when loading crashed Webkit, when animation failed and got fixed, now back to animation not working again. Jim

Jim, as I wrote in other bug, animation issue in known bug and it is currently tracked by
bug 22995
. Since nobody could confirm this crash bug and you, as reporter, no longer experience crashes I close his bug.
