Steps to reproduce: 1. Create a new message in gmail 2. Open Web Inspector for the message body. Results: The highlight rectangle is displayed at top left of the window, instead of being right above the message body.

same thing happens with frames in framesets

SVG embeded in an object tag seems to have the same issue, bug 16260.
